Himalaya Bakery & Cafe
Organic/biodynamic sourdough breads and vegetarian and vegan pies and cakes. Light lunch menu available. In addition they are now open for breakfast on the weekends when you can indulge in muesli, omelettes, scrambled tofu, herb potatoes, vegan buckwheat pancakes with a blueberry puree and maple syrup or those with a big appetite can go for the Himalaya Big Breakfast which features an egg, not-bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms etc. A full lunch menu is also available which comprises antipasto platter, triple dip platter, focaccias, stir fry vegetables, calzone and salads. All food is mostly organic, fair trade and organic coffee and tea is served, plus they make their own organic chai. Gluten free bread and other food is available and dishes without onion, garlic etc. can be made on request.
